phpChrystal - Turbo

For the new CVS version of phpChrystal we have included a dynamic loading of the modules. It means, that the performance of phpChrystal will be increased dramatically.

The new XML-structure is the first step of implementing new languages for other coutries (e.g. English, French etc.).
