    He there....

I downloaded and installed phpChatNvid and the chat room area works just fine, but when I go to use the web cam (I click the online link and yes I have installed webcamxp) the page seems to try to load it and never does. I can't send any more messages to the chat room and the video never starts. Is there something I'm missing? Does something need to be installed on the server end that handles the video?

    Thanks

If you guys are using a router you have to open the 8080 port in your router for it to connect to the cam

If you are using a router on your internet connection that your computers are plugged into, you will have to port forward 8080 in your router, to the computer IP addresss of the computer running webcamxp. This will allow the phpchatnvid program to access the webcam applet and display the video.

I also have the same problem, yes i am behind a router, BUT, i have open port 8080, i cant understand why its not working.
Do i have to configure something also in the webcamxp program ?? please tell me becouse i can not get members in my chat while they cant chat anymore when they try to use cam.
That will be very very bad advertising for ME, and for this program.

so please answer with a good option, ...and...please..... soon as possible please
