Released PHPchara 1.2b - fix!

If you happen to have tried to use version 1.2a of PHPchara, you will have noticed it does not work.

This teaches us all, that whatever amount of testing you have done, it does not matter anymore if you do not test everything AGAIN after ALL changes have been made...
