This project is frozen. I really have no motivation to continue it, unless funding comes my way. It was initially created for a company I worked for six years ago. Might I refer you to Lite Outbound Manager?

A beta of version 0.3 has been released. It features a newly designed User Interface, use of a templating system and a Database abstraction class.

I've decided to let the current progress on phpCallCenter be visible before it's released. The UI has taken a turn, in some places I think, for the better. You can view a demo here: http://phpcc.greaterscope.net. Usable accounts (username/password) are:
