#1 Setup Query Error

Database has been setup and tables created before
hand. I've also edited the config.php file in the admin
directory to point to the MySQL database and
PHPCatalog_release database. In setup.php I get a yes
on "database connection open" indicator. Above is the
output from the script when clicking on any of the links
on the setup page or when trying to view any of the
index pages.
