#1 Won't Display Image

System Specs:

RedHat 7.3 with no updated packages:
Installed Packages:
GD library 1.8.4-4
LibPNG 1.0.14-0.7x.4
PHP 4.1.2-7.3.6
Apache 1.3.27-2

I did the chmod -R 777
Checked the /tmp to make sure the session was created

I did all I could think of to get it to work but to no avail.
One intersting thing to note is my webilizer graphs works
just fine using the libpng... Any help would be greatly
appreciated!
