#81 Quick stats by severity

It would be useful if there were a report or breakdown
of bugs by severity. The front page lists them by
status at the moment. It will be useful (especially
when a product goes into alpha/beta test stage) to be
able to get a quick overview by severity (e.g. product
can't go into beta test until all critical bugs have
been fixed)... or something like that.
