#62 "Duplicate of" field

It would be nice to have a way to link a duplicate bug to its
master. That way if someone reported a bug that was
determined to be a duplicate if they returned to their bug
they'd get a link to the original bug.

    This was actually removed in the latest versions due to UI
    considerations. I'll put it back in there.
