#51 Inactive but searchable projects ?

Hi,

we'd like to be able to query projects once they have
been inactivated. Looking at bugs from older projects
would be very useful. It would be great if you could add
an extra project flag, allowing only user queries : adding
new bugs or editing existing bugs should be forbidden.

Thank you to consider this request. It would make your
software even greater :-)

You can always just re-activate it. Having it activated doesn't
hurt anything (from a technical point-of-view).
