#29 Additional attributes for a bug

If a developer accepts a bug he should have the
ability to assign two additional attributes.

1)The risk for fixing that bug (or adding a new
feature).

2)The effort for fixing that bug (or adding a new
feature).

    It would also be nice to be able to state how a bug was
    found, i.e. during unit testing, beta testing, in
    production or whatever.

    Another useful attribute besides the needed effort to fix a
    bug / implement a feature would be the planned date
    (timeline) the bug will be fixed / the feature will be
    implemented.
