#106 Extra Version fields needed

It would be nice to have a few more fields attached to
the version.

- Add names and either a comments or a description field
to the individual versions. When you get a big enough
list, it is hard to remember which ones have which major
feature changes, etc. when you are trying to select what
version it should be planned for
- Add a bunch of date fields. Expected release, actual
release, code lock/freeze, end of testing, etc.
- Impliment the idea at http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?

being able to create a changelog
