I've tried all the versions to install on my machine.

1.0rc6: connection failure.
1.0rc5: connection successful, but I got the following error message:

Notice: Use of undefined constant TBL_CONFIGURATION - assumed 'TBL_CONFIGURATION' in H:\Inetpub\wwwroot\phpbt-1.0rc6\install.php on line 185

  Windows 2000 Server
  PHP 4.3.9
  MySQL 3.23.58
  
  Please help me out!
