But a couple of years ago (I think middle 2009) I downloaded phpBugTracker for our governemental organisation. I added a link to ldap for authentication, gave the tool another banner and title, did the customisations for Excel spreadsheet downloads, added some extra fields (three input fields: client, workload and targetdate and a dropdown field: resolver), finished the translation into dutch and MOST IMPORTED did a optimalisation of the standard query by indexing the tables attachment and comment with bug_id!
