I was trying the new functionlity that is present in version1.0rc4 - in Admin part on Project you can now say "These developers can administer this project" .. by selecting one or more developers from the list. I do not understnd what effects this has. I was trying many testcases but I do not see any effects that this setup has in the application. Could you please advice on what is the functionality supposed to do, what setup do I need etc.
