Hi:

I'm using Netscape 4.76, and whenever I go to any page of phpBugTracker, the browser flashes the screen up for 1 second, then redisplays the screen. This is very annoying to my users. Does anyone know how to prevent this from happening?

Using IE I don't see the problem.

  This is most likely a css issue. You might try changing header.html to use less css.
