Ok,
Due to reasons more numerous than I have space to admit I need to run phpbt on a Win2k machine. I am sing PHP 4.2.2, Apache 1.3, mySQL 3.23.39-nt. I am getting the "_templates" subdirectory is not writable by the web process. I am running Apache on a FAT32 so permisions shouldn't be an issue.
