#342 Untranslated strings -- Column Names

It appears that the bug_list_column or changecolumnlist
names in a query (e.g. "Version, Component, OS,
Browser") are not translated.

I have tried to supply translations for them, but the
old english names still appear both in query.php and in
user.php.

Also note these untranslated strings:
