It appears the summary textboxes (and possibly others?)
do not correctly decode htmlentities, so I get text
which looks like this:

Chane "edit" to "update"

After entering the following description

Change "edit" to "update"

I cannot reproduce this. But I think it could be something
in your configuration (such as magic_quotes)

Whoops yes I turned off magic quotes for another app... my
bad :-)
