#334 The created date for default admin user doesn~t show up

Steps to reproduce:

(1) Login as an admin user.
(2) Click on the "Users" link on the top navigation
(3) On the users list-view page, the created date
column is empty for the default admin user.

Recommendation:
It would be nice to have the created date value show up
for the default admin user too.

I don't think the creation date is saved for what the installer
inserts into the database. That's easy to change, but would
only fix the problem for new installs while old databases will
still lack this information.
