Alright, the new SVN server is here. You can use svn's relocation
function if your still sitting on the old repository location and want
to move what you've checked out to point at the new location.

Also, Brian, John and I just got done setting up trac for the bug
tracking and project status. We will be turning off the sourceforge
sections and point all that here sometime soon. (so submit any bugs and
patches here from now on)

We still need to setup the notification and probably get some A records
setup for this new server.
