Complete rewrite planned

As the code-basis of phpBib uses Smarty and AdoDB with a selfmade framework which is not capable of translation / multilanguage supprt and has not implemented AJAX effects in it, the complete code and functionallity will be transferred to CakePHP as framework.
This rewrite process will start now and the new code will be released as soon as possible.
