phpBeans Client bug fix release

The phpBeans client library for PHP has been updated to include three bug fixes:

- Eliminated 'undefined constants' errors resulting from missing constants.
- Fixed a bug where getObject() called multiple times with the same value would cause an illegal class redeclaration error.
- Fixed a bug where unicode characters weren't being decoded properly.
