[phpBddb-dev1] html coding

Hi,

I noticed a few issues with the html of the demo. Do you guys want any
input on this at all or do you want me to wait until you have got
further with the programming?

It was points like
	the stylesheet reference being outside the head tags
	two "tr" s in a row
	using paragraphs inside a td cell (not needed) 

I can be really nitpicky if you want this sort of input. :-) I usually
code in xhtml and I try to validate all my code, so if you want anything
looked over...
