Development Forum Now Open

Hello everybody,

After a period of what seems nothing at all we have finally opened up a public development forum :D. This is available at http://www.phpbbreloaded.org/development/forum/ and is also linked to via the main site. This forum is running very green code that currently isn't in SVN yet, so please try not to break it ;). Also, if you do note a bug please don't report it to us currently, we are aware of a few kinks in the code :P.
