phpbb2servlet: Support for HOST added

Phpbb2servlet integrates a PHPBB2 forum into a J2EE application or website. This means a bridge is being made between the PHPand Java world.

For this release we streamlined the distribution into a
source package, a binary package and a (eclipse)
project package.

The source was changed to add support for accessing a
forum that is hosted on a virtual host. For this we manually added the HTTP host header field.
