phpBB2: Java Integrator Servlet / News: Recent posts

Phpbb2servlet integrates a PHPBB2 forum into a J2EE application or website. This means a bridge is being made between the PHPand Java world.

New in this version:
*Much better handling of cookies (no more dreaded "no post mode specified" messages)
*pages that uses iframes or frames are now working (although hardcoded exceptions are made for these)
*Streamlined example application a bit (the example application demonstrates this servlet)

For this release we streamlined the distribution into a
source package, a binary package and a (eclipse)
project package.

The source was changed to add support for accessing a
forum that is hosted on a virtual host. For this we manually added the HTTP host header field.... read more
