#32 Swedish language, corrected umlauts
This is a second version of se.inc.php. I have
corrected the faulty umlauts (едц) so it will render
correctly. I simply used the form included with phpay.
I am not sure what happened but now it seems to be
correct.
I also corrected some terminlogy and spellos.
Place this file in /admin/lang, run the administrative
interface, Translator. The file should be invisible,
all you have to do is Register in Database.
