Update & new release

It is sure, that updates and new features have to be released fpr phPay. Reason, that not much happens here, is the development of a other (commercial) system named Shopweezle (http://demo.shopwiesel.de).
If you like phPay, you will love that new one. Some ideas and features will come back from commercial product to Opensource.
But please note: We have to pay our rent and eating and so the free version hangs a little.
