Du solltest Deine WAMP-Umgebung erstmal richtig konfigurieren.
Dein erste Posting ist offenbar ein fehlender/nicht gestarteter MySQL-Server.
Das zweite Posting deutet auf falsche/fehlende Schreibrehte des Webservers hin. Er kann offenbar keine temporre Datei fr die Session schreiben.
