phpAxes: New Feature-names announcement

Hi all! I'd like to introduce three renamings of phpAxes' features:

1) Callbacks become Triggers and folders with ex-callbacks attachments now will be named "triggers/triggers.php" instead of "callback/callback.inc.php"

2) Package settings now will be placed in "settings/settings.php" file instead of old "settings/package.sett.php"

3) _Controller_Template will be renamed in _Controller_View and all packages' templates will now be placed in "views/" folder instead of "templates/".

Hope that this new names will be more useful and easy to understand to phpAxes developers.
