When I run the .exe file downloaded using the hyperlink, https://sourceforge.net/projects/phpautomation/files/install_UNICODE_APHP_NPP_plugin.exe/download found at https://sourceforge.net/projects/phpautomation/files/, I get this errors:

Automation PHP plugin errors

AUTOMATION_PHP_PLUGIN Setup
Could not write updated PATH to HKLM

(I receive this error several times.)

Later, when I start Notepad++, I get these errors:
