Small patch, adding the possibility to use the dialer's
number. Not extremely heavy tested, but it should work
correctly, as the original vars are untouched.
$cid = $agi->parse_callerid();
$cid = $cid['number'];
I know there is a bug report on this issue, but that
seemed a little strange to me.. (older phpagi version!?)
