There are to classes.
AGI() and AGI_AsteriskManager().
Is it right, if i say, AGI is only to use on CLI, and AGI_AsteriskManager is for use out of a Webapplikation?

AGI applications are usually "cli".. An asterisk monitor application could be "cli" or a web based application depending on what you're doing.
