New development build and website online

As of today our new website is online. The website is primary created to give potential users an idea of what phpAdsNew exactly is. We are already working on the next version of the website which will include much more information, including the banners which we requested a while ago. Together with the website weve also released a new development build which should fix many of the reported bugs which were present in beta 7. There are also some new features such as geotracking (more information on the website) and support for SSL.
