#687 Problem in adding banner

I have setup the openads on our local server successfully. I have added one advertiser also, but whn i try to add banner under that advertiser i got the following error. The database is also sucessfully created, database connection is also perfect still it is giving this error. Please help me to get out of this error.

An error occurred while accessing the database

Due to a problem with the database Openads couldn't retrieve or store data. If this problem is reproducable it might be caused by a bug in Openads. Please report the following information to the creators of Openads. Also try to describe the actions that led to this error as clearly as possible.
