V0.314 Released

This release includes a new config system which removes mainly of the static Vars from the main class file. Now you can specify one specific user name and also the CN of a group ( i.e. domain admins) that can access the configuration menu.

This is setup by specifying a single user in the class file this user will always be able to access the config page. That user can then in the config page specify a group that can also access.

Also from the config page you can turn on and off the various functions, and specify which of the fields you wish your users to be able to change.

This release also includes the unfinished add user code, but it will allow you to get an idea of what the finished product will be like.
