[release] php3-xslt 0.1.0

I have released a very early alpha package for
testing. It implements two of the php4 xslt functions: xslt_process() and partially implements xslt_run()

It's not quite ready for prime time yet, so there's a couple of caveats:

* File paths passed to xslt_run() must be
absolute for now.

* No hardcore testing has been done, so don't
use it on a live site just yet.

* No CVS yet, give me a day or two.
