   - Sign up for sourceforge accounts
   - Register with php-tuxedo project on sourceforge
   - Set up CVS and Test

   - Design website contents/structure
   - Divide and implement website changes
   - Divide code changes

Miscellaneous notes:
   - Since Carl has been the one working on the Sourceforge setup, and
has been in
     contact with Brian Foddy (the previous project owner), he will
work as the project
     administrator.  We will all have the same input and such on the
project, but Carl
     will take care of the fun administration duties.
   - We will take notes at meetings (I have volunteered, but anyone
else can do it), to
     make sure we're all on the same page, and have some notes and document=
ation
     on everything.
   - The current mailing list is:cdo...@gm..., st...@gm...,
     cap...@gm..., flo...@gm..., sho...@gm...,
     th...@gm..., if anyone wants to use a different email
address, let everyone
     know.
   - You may want to look at OpenOffice, an open source Microsoft
Office replacement.
     You can find it at http://www.openoffice.org.
   - There is also a free Visio replacement called Dia that I am
looking at, and you can
     find it at http://freshmeat.net/projects/dia/.
   - We haven't set a formal time for our next meeting, we'll play it
by ear.  We did discuss
     the possibility of meeting over lunch this week, if everyone's availab=
le.
   - We discussed the future possibility of bringing this up to Russ
to see if we could
     get some official department support (servers, clients, O/S's,
that sort of thing).  We
     wanted to have something more concrete before we went to him, though.
   - We also discussed the possibility of getting other corporate
support from BEA, and I
     will try to contact someone at BEA to discuss this possibility.

If anyone has any questions, ask anyone who was at the meeting.
