I think phpservice works very well. I'm building a site with it now based on XML and it only cost me one day to build the whole site with a external xml parser.
So in my opinion keep working on it because it is very usefull and very flexible.
Only the database connection is not working well at my server and the debug information is also not very verbose, but i'm sure that will come...

Thank you very much, I'll keep working on it though i have not much time at the moment. I think by the end of june I'll have a stable 1.0.0 release.
