The Dev Files I worked on more than three years ago are now up for download and inspection. No changes have been made, however they should have everything in them. It is likely to not work with PHP5 or 6, and any newer versions of MySQL than what was current in 05.
I had to do this so I could clear some mental baggage.
I am working on a slight improvement on color, I am seeing if i can make names change color. It half works, but causes errors aswell. ill figure it out though. BTW where are you Kody?
Well, I've been doing my best at Coding, and I have reached my own little 5.3 build for lod, basically admin systems and such. That will be added on to the next release.

i am sorry to say that the stall of the project is 100% my fault, i am working and between working and school i havnt been able to work the game as much as desire. That is why it is crucial for PHP developers to aid this game, i have had many good reviews, and the game is only about 2 days of work(total...not runtime)
Lod, has changed its name, from the bleak, boring, Land of Darkness, to the bold, strong name of, Lords of Dragons, having a thought spurt i have created a system like no other, here is how it goes
Players will fight and level up, once at a certain level(will not reset at 0 if win)players will be able to fight another lord, winning, the players will gain a crest and a new title, if loose nothing happens. The crest will symbolize strength, the more the player has, the more control over dragons the player has, obtaining a dragon is as simple as taming it(defeating it in a fight) but certain dragons appeir to stronger players(relied on crest), dragons give stat boost, therefor, stronger the player is, and more into the game the player is, the stronger the dragons that the player is able to obtain is, only 1 dragon per person, defeating one with the help of another will cause the current dragon to be lost, and the new dragon to be obtained, the player will have a choice at the victory scene wheather to trade or keep his old ones, currently there are no ways to loose crest. Orbs, orbs are abilities that are earned, giving stat boost, players can have countless orbs, (there the size of marbles the player will keep them inside skinbag.)Orbs grant special abilities, to use during fight maybe, or to do certain actions such as go to a mystical place that noone else without that specific orb can go.

you can play the game, remember the game it at Pre-Alpha stage, meaning me and only me spent my spare time on it (bout 15 hours so far) and belive me, it might be easy, but it shure is tiring , so i didnt pay much attention to looks, mail me if you know how to make templates, and are WILLING to make a template for the game
