[Php-qt-users] examples: tutorial 7 and calculator

Hi,

I added the 7th tutorial and a calculator to the svn repository. These 
examples shows how Signals/Slots are working together with php.
Take a look into calculator.php, you will find the way how to define custom 
Slots. The calculator is the first real application written in php-qt.
