Well, after finishing the MySQL classes, I became lazy. I think at the moment I will stick with just MySQL support and maybe some other SQL interface later. What comes next is sessions. After sessions, will come user profiles with login/logout features.
Stay tuned and keep "cvs update"'n
After wasting time w/ HTML Classes, the MySQL foundation classes have begun...
Expect to see some cool stuff soon.
As of today, 3-29-01, PHP++'s releases will be divided into new packages. The current code that has been released will be placed in the PHP-PLUS-PLUS::HTML_CORE. As for the rest of the future developments, they shall be placed in a packaging system similar to this...
HTML CLASSES ARE FINISHED!
I need to write some grouping code... (One will see this sometime soon.) Homework + Coding + Procrastination != Good // More like: return fubar;
Okay, for anyone who has looked over the source of
PHP++, this is not all it is going to be! In fact, this is just the redundant part. I hate writing HTML, therefore, I have created HTML foundation classes. For each class, it is almost reinventing the wheel however many html classes there are. So don't let these HTML classes frighten one into thinking that this is all PHP++ was supposed to be. I figured that, if I were to write the simple part first, many great ideas would come to mind before I would write the big meat of the project and have some better ideas too.
CVS has just become godlike!!!
It makes sense now and many improvements are being made to the code daily.
The coding continues. I don't expect to do another CVS update again for a while.
Okay folks,
Well, I have released the daily or hourly CVS code for PHP++. At the moment, the code is the same as the current 1.00 release. Since I have updated it to a specific location, I can now make modifications easier.

Since I am not a major HTML guru but more of a back-end guru, would someone please look at the HTML tags at http://devedge.netscape.com/docs/manuals/htmlguid/contents.htm and report to me whether this is a complete list of tags. This will be used with my HTML foundation classes.
Well, the alpha release has been made available.
Note this is not a final release, more is going to be added. The great bits of code are not included due to mess clean-up.
