Cookies, IP Addresses, and Graphs

Am I missing something, either in the script or in the documentation? In the config file, there are flags to set for use of cookies, IP addresses, and email confirmation. I find none of these in use in the script. Even with the flag set to turn off email confirmation, it continues to require it. I did manage to modify the script to respond to that flag, but don't know enough about assigning cookies to tackle that particular task. Also, the config file asks for the name of the graphic to be used for the bar graph to display results. This also does not appear to be enabled.
I guess my question is....are these features soon to be available? And, if not, why not redo your config file so that it doesn't lead one to believe these are available options? If they *are* to be available, could you please provide a projected date for this? Otherwise, I will need to seek out a different script for my photo polling needs.

If anyone is interested in continuing this project, please contact me and I will be happy to give them access to continue. This project does what I need and eventhough it could be improved greatly, i am (for the most part) happy with it. Time constraints prevent me from working on this project.
