#1 Example pages

Create pages on the project web-site where people can
browse the data of a example database but cannot alter
this data. The buttons will be there but nothing written.

The database should have a user that cannot alter the
data or the util.php file should block any 'update' or
'insert' queries on this database.

There should become a small dataset that contains only
the project pages. This set should also be included in
the release of the project.
