The SubVersion setup appears to be complete. Hopefully the project will get moving soon :)

PHP-OP is now a new project and I thank Kenley Capps for graciously allowing me to take over the project. We are in no way associated with each other, other than by a desire to create a portal Nirvana :). We shall see.
