#4 Update unofficial 1.3.0u to 1.3.4 unofficial

I am back! :-) This time I have incorporated snala's changes as well as the following:

Version 1.3.4 (June 17, 2007) (Kim Poulsen unofficial version)
* Incorporated 1.3.0u update by snala (install/step4.php and install/upgrade.php)
* Added missing graphics
* Menu creator changed to a three part page:
First select categories for appetizer, main, and dessert
Selecting a top category also includes all sub categories.
This way if you have "Appetizers", "Maincourses", and "Desserts"
for instance, you can get by by just selecting these.
Then look at the suggestion the software makes and change to your needs.
Last get the shopping list, select the ingredients you are missing
and generate the shopping list. Later go and buy the missing things.
* Added 'quicklink' feature to printed recipe. Enter the quicklink number to
get to the recipe faster.
* Added some forgotten translations
* Added nice rounding to 2 decimals so that scaling does not give 9 decimal results

Version 1.3.3
* New strings for menu creator
* Menu creator moved to its own main menu
* Menu creator had major overhaul for greater usability
* Search page back to normal
* Missing: Real buttons for "Create Menu"

Version 1.3.2
* Last strings translated
* Playing around with decimal and fractional notation on shopping lists.

Version 1.3.1
* Missed a few strings

I have still not fixed the installer, so the procedure is still to simply unpack this over a normal 1.2 installation and follow the instructions from the first patch I submitted.
