#1 Complete replacement patch with many improvements.

This patch can be unpacked on top of an existing 1.2.0 installation.
Please look at common-dist.php and copy your existing common.php variables into this file and rename to common.php.
Also rename the new styles-dist.css to styles.css.

Database is the same, only frontend changes (but many of them). If you get into problems, please post comments on this patch.
