phpMyRecipes 1.0.2 released

Thanks everyone for sending me the bug reports on 1.00 and 1.0.1. I got a little sidetracked with the birth of my daughter Isabella, but I'm back now.

All the bugs reported have been fixed in 1.0.2. There are no new features in this release, but if you check the TODO file, you'll see what I want to work on next.
