#17 php code execution

Inspired by python-mode, i added two new functions for
executing PHP-Code:

php-execute-buffer \C-c\C-c
php-execute-region \C-c|

I hope this is usefull!

Recent PHP-Releases (checked 4.3.11) removed HTML-Tags from
Error-Messages and broke this patch.
The new diff reflects these changes but should also work
with older PHP-versions.
