#68 Execute bit is set for php-mode.el

Within php-mode-1.5.0.tar.gz the execute bit is set for all users:

-rwxrwxr-x aaronh/aaronh 48285 2008-11-04 17:29 php-mode-1.5.0/php-mode.el

This is misleading as the lisp file is not an executable (UNIX) script.
